THE INCUBATOR

The Incubator is a two-year multiethnic training, development, and coaching process for those called by God to plant a gospel centered church.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A strong sense of calling to church planting in Los Angeles
Proven character and integrity
Ministry and life experience
Affiliation and assessment with a denomination, church planting network, or sending church
Pastors and ministry staff of existing churches are encouraged to apply.

SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONS:

The Incubator launches at our Intensive weekend, August 17th-19th, followed by Incubator training sessions one Friday night each month in the city of Long Beach. These monthly training gatherings include time for planters and spouses to share a meal and experience community with other planters from your cohort. Additionally, this is where you will receive solid training and practical tools for your church planting journey. (Childcare provided)

GOAL

Our goal is for church planters to be healthier from the inside-out, to experience life-giving community with those who share a similar calling and to provide you with practical tools for starting and growing a gospel-centered church.
