Learning Communities is a one-year training program for emerging urban leaders and church planters, 1-2 years out from planting new congregations or Gospel-centered expressions of the Church. As a Learning Community, we commit to reading and discussing an insightful book each month in the areas of discipleship, spiritual & character formation, as well as ministry & leadership skills development.

City to City L.A. helps develop and deploy missional leaders from urban contexts to plant churches that engage the de-churched and the unchurched.
Through the year-long Learning Communities and the 2-year Incubator program, we train, assess, connect, and launch church planters into neighborhoods throughout Southern California.
